1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kexicikdor's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
Kexicikdor provides strategic legal covenant frameworks, dispute resolution, compliance advisory, and rights protection services in Malaysia. Services are delivered by qualified legal professionals in accordance with Malaysian law and international standards.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, documents, and materials provided by Kexicikdor are proprietary and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Kexicikdor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection regulations. Client information is treated confidentially and used solely for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during service engagement is treated as confidential. Kexicikdor maintains professional attorney-client privilege standards and shall not disclose client information without consent, except as required by law.
7. Fee & Payment Terms
Service fees are agreed upon in writing before engagement. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% monthly or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Kexicikdor will deliver all client materials and final deliverables promptly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
10. Changes to Terms
Kexicikdor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant modifications will be communicated 30 days in advance.
